Pricing & Payments

How much does junk removal cost?
Starting at $150/load or $189/hour (2-hour minimum). That includes labor, hauling, and proper sorting per DSWA/DNREC guidelines.
How much does short-distance moving & hauling cost?
For 1–2 bedroom homes, pricing starts at $189/hour with a minimum booking time. Furniture pickup & delivery rates vary by distance and item size — contact us for a quote!
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and more).

Junk Removal & Moving

What items can The Trash Porters remove?
We haul away household junk & furniture, appliances & electronics, yard waste & construction debris, office & commercial cleanouts, and bulk trash & event waste.
What items do you NOT take?
For safety, we cannot remove hazardous materials (chemicals, gasoline) or medical waste & biohazards.
How does your valet trash service work?
For apartments & condos, we provide door-to-dumpster and door-to-landfill trash valet collection. Residents place their bags outside their doors at a set time, and our team handles the rest!
Do you offer furniture pickup & delivery?
Yes! We provide local furniture pickup & delivery for heavy or bulky items — whether you’re buying from a store or moving something across town, we’ve got you covered.

Do you provide event waste management?
